Caffeine, just a small amount an hour or so before bed. I recommend tea.
Ohwell. Just do mental exercise everyday, like math or logic problems combined with physical exercise.
take caffine...in your dream!
I woulnd't listen to those who recommend you caffeine or any drug whatsoever.
If you feel mentally exhausted, it is because you are exhausted. Your body and mind need rest. Taking some drug will seem to inject you some enery to go on with what you want to do, but thats an illusion, it's just a way of temporarily fooling your body, but why wouldn't you listen to your own body?
So if you feel mentally exhausted, just relax, take it easy and don't push yourself too far...

My question : so, he came and ruined your dreams? how did he looked like? How he ruined your dreams?

What?
If your saying that using the terms "combat" and prevent only apply to living things, you're dead wrong. Pretty much any noun can be prevented or combated. I don't know why your confused, especially by the term "prevent". Prevent feelings of mental exhaustion, prevent a catastrophe, prevent a fire, prevent a car accident. It just means to stop something from happening, it doesn't have to be the action of a living thing.
He? Who's he. The subject of a sentence doesn't have to be a person. Is English not your first language?
Get some good quality sleep. The more the better. Lay off trying to have LDs for a while and just DJ.
