Heavy teeth...

this 1 is a little weird and kind of a 'useless' aspect which has passed over from a dream to waking life

i had a dream a little while back in which for some unknown reason my teeth began to feel really heavy now the only problem is that this feeling which i had never experienced before that dream now occasionally comes over me

its kind of hard to explain as well because its not my jaw that feels heavy just my teeth

anyone else had anything pass over from a dream to waking life (hopefully more useful that the feeling i obtained)

My guess is that your dream stems from your real life feeling of it rather then the other way around. You likely felt this in your dream because you had felt it earlier in real life. Nothing to worry about in any case =)
