Why is my dream recall getting weaker?

Hiya all.

For two years now my dream recall have been really good, but for about two weeks ago it almost instantly went away. It just happned all of sudden, one morning I just couldn't remember my dreams! I almost paniced, lucid dreaming have been the most amaizing experience of my life so far, and I don't want it to go away.

I must edmit that it has gotten a little bit better now, but it's still pretty bad.
So if anyone can tell my why/how this is happening. I'd be happy to hear it.

Have you stopped using your dream journal before your two-week dry spell started? I know that there have been times when I stopped using my dream journal, and then I started to have dry spells.
People tend to forget dreams if their life starts to get too stressful. You need to make extra time for yourself and your dreams. When you wake up in the morning, don't think about anything else except remembering any dreams you had the following night.
eg. when you wake up, don't immediately start to think about what the day ahead has to offer, because that will probably erase your dreams from your memory. Just focus on your dreams and that's it. Good luck!

It will just be a Dry Spell you will start remembering your dreams soon enough don't worry :)

Yeah, dry spell. You'll wake up one morning with just as good recall or some insane fabulous recall and you'll be like "WOOT!"
