had first proper lucid dream this morning since ive been trying to have them. it was short but really cool.
basically im in my kitchen when this friend comes to my back door- i havent seen her for ages, she used to be in my class last year. i let her in. her hair has gotten really long and shes wearing an even longer scarf.
somehow i already seem to think this isnt quite real, that its in the past or something. so i ask her what month it is, she says its july. i get a bit excited, i ask, what year do you think it is? what year?? she thinks im being stupid but ive figured out its a dream.
i get really excited and shout IM DREAMING !! i remember the monthly task so i ask her what my dream name is but she just thinks im being a spaz and doesnt tell me. she clings to me and wont let go, so i shake her off, quite pissed off.
i think im losing clarity so i spin around. things seem good. i run to my front door and go outside. theres quite a lot of people standing around on my street, talking. i remember the nose pinching reality check, so i do it. I can feel air going into my nose anyway, its cool.
I shout to everyone on my street, ITS A DREAM! ITS A DREAM! PINCH YOUR NOSE AND YOU CAN STILL BREATHE, but people dont react much
i thought about the other part of the monthly task- to make it snow. i start to do this, and it begins to rain...then i lose interest and stop doing it.
I decide i want to see the guy i like, i havent seen him for ages. I am going to make him come to me. I see him in the distance, across the street in the park. I run towards him but the clarity is starting to fade- he looks like an imitation of him. He's older and his hair isnt red, its sort of blondish. I try to focus and colour him in, but I'm starting to wake up. As I'm going, I try to spin but its too late, i'm awake.
