Wow guys, I just meditated tonight for like over 45 minutes (the only reason I stopped there is because someone disturbed me by saying it was time to eat)...I was focusing on my chakra for a good deal of the entire session, it's like my brain was spinning on a hamster wheel, but it was SOOOO peaceful! I have this DVD with a special meditation featurette, so I sat down with my good pal on my TV. The meditation period is only like 15 minutes, but it must've looped 4 times! It's fantastic: sounds of stillwater being disturbed by oars, slowly transforms into the crashing waves of the ocean, then calm waters again, which eventually are accompanied by strong winds, which bring crickets chirps for the remainder of the session.
AAaaahhhh...I gotta do that more often! :content:
