Blue vortex in the sky

Well it went like this i was having a normal lucid dream when i saw a car driving down the road and decided to take a sit ontop of it to enjoy a nice ride and to see where it would take me he drives normaly down some pleasent neighborhoods and im enjoying the ride when i look up and see a gigantic swirling blue vorex in the sky with swirls of gold near the center and white clouds swirling around the outside it was amazing and it takes my breath away it looks to be a good mile away and feeling brave i start to fly tawards it but i loose consciousness before i get to it. never waking up i go into a non lucid dream right after the lucid experience where i tell my brother about my dream and he tells me it was a pool of pure consciousness. what this means i have no idea and i was hoping someone could shed some light on the subject or if anyone has had a similare experience.
