Question on Lucidity
Alright, last night i had an extremely vivid dream. It started out with me in some zombie video game and i was playing with a ton of other people. At one point in the dream, i think i became lucid but I'm not sure.
What i did was i remembered that i could kill people by pointing at them and tried it on a DC. It worked perfectly, but the weird thing is i didn't really feel that i was lucid. i think i even said, "Well, since I'm dreaming I can kill this guy by pointing at him." But if i was, it was only for that dream which was about 10 min.
So if anybody has any information on what happened last night, that would be greatly appreciated.:)

Well, you seemed to know you were dreaming at some point. That counts as lucidity, even if you didn't "feel" that you were lucid.

Yes, sometimes I'm pretty sure I'm lucid in the dream, but when I wake up it doesn't feel like I was :P
Remember there are different amounts of lucidity: you might have a dream in which you are fully conscious, yeah, but it isn't a rule.
And being lucid in one dream at night doesn't mean you'll be lucid on all of them: I myself have already lost lucidity in the silliest situations. And also, remember that not all your nightly dreams come in a row. Actually, you have about a dream each 1:30 hours, so there's still a lot of unconsciousness in between them.
All said, I wish you good luck on your efforts :P and may you have another great lucid soon ^^

Thanks for this info, I'm happy to say that lucid last night. The main thing is that it was very vivid, so even though I didn't feel like I was lucid, I still had good control and the environment looked awesome!
Thanks again!!

Hi.
It has happened to me too this semi-lucid state. Sometimes the lucidy don`t kick in because the dream is so vivid I dont realising its a dream. I had a dream just last week where i was running on my hands and almost flying.. I thought to my self that this had to be a dream because i really can`t do this, but the dream was so vivid it coulden`t be a dream. I was kicking my self for not realising I was dreaming upon wakening... Usually I get lucid when I starting questioning dreams...

Hey, that sounds pretty much like what had happened to me the other day. I gotta ask though, is there any way to stop this from happening???

I think this is a possibility to understand dream-signs and as we get better these will be our clue to reach the lucid state more often at the highest level... Before starting training RC I cant remember having these semi-lucid thing that often..

The weird thing is i've never become lucid from my most common DS, but i just become lucid randomly which is very frustrating.
