I don't know if I have ever had a lucid dream after listening to it but it always makes me fall asleep or at least extremely tired. |

Does anyone know...
Does anyone know if listining to the mp3 called: The Ultimate Lucid Induction, does listining to that at night accually help luciditiy improve?

Well, the way it says in the background: "This is a dream. Do a reality check." Isnt that supposed to make you realize your in a dream? And trigger a lucid dream?

Probably but I listen to it before sleep rather than during sleep because I don't want my headphones to strangle me.
