My feet and legs tangle and work it's way up to my arms and face but my limbs feel so stiff and heavy and like there's pins and needles sticking in them and when I move I lose the sensations but sometimes I can get sleep paralysis with out feeling those sensations are there other ways to enter sleep paralysis?
The technique I use is concentrating on my breathing and heart rate and slowing it down to the rate it goes as if I was sleeping.
