      Grr. Frustrated

      I've been gone for a while. I keep on getting in and out of trying to ld. I've been at this for close to 2 years. I usually remember my dreams and every once in a while I have a dream that is partially lucid. I realize I am dreaming and then I immediately wake up. I have no technique I just realize it. How do i get rid of that excitement after the realization?
      Why does it seem so hard to wake up now and see who we really are?
