so last night i decided to try a WILD without waking after 4 hours of sleep, so i lay there concentrating on my breath, then i could see images and blue blobs forming into different things, something which scared me is that my whole body felt as if it was getting heavier, i almost couldnt move, so got worried and opened my eyes and everything was a blur so i rubbed them and everything was back to normal, and i went to sleep.
