Lucid Acronyms
Can someone post all the Lucid Acronyms and what they mean. I`m kind of a novice so know a few but there is a lot of them I have no clue aboute....
The one I know.
LD: Lucid Dream, The sensation of knowing that you`re in a dream while dreaming.
WILD: Wake induced Lucid Dream: Going from awake directly to a lucid dream
DILD: Dream Induced Lucid Dream:Realize that you are dreaming while in a dream
FA: False awakening: Believing you are awake when you`re still in a dream. Often the experience are linked believing waking up where you actually are, making the experience more real.
SP: Sleep Paralyzes: Body unable to move so you don`t act out dreams but stay still while dreaming.
WBTB: Wake back to bed: Technique that makes it easier to WILD. After getting several hours of sleep it`s often easier to WILD because you`re more tired then during day or when you go to bed at night.
OBE or OOBE: Out of body experience: Sensation Of leaving the physical body. Often related to FA (false awakening) and ending WILD or DILD. Near death experiences got a lot of similarities with the OOBE
