Terryfing moment.
omg. I think I had a lucid dream last night but it was a first time. I remember I sort of lost my vision in the dream and everything changed and looked real. Then the bottom of my eyes started to ache really bad. Is something or is that normal because it freaked me right out.

Hmm.. I don't think your eyes are supposed to hurt... Did they hurt in real life?
-
yeah that's what I meant. The psychical me was in agony with her eyes. Like the muscles were spazzing out or something,...is that the Rem? Coz it was freaking scary....
-
People experience REM sleep every night and it shouldn't make your eyes hurt.
I'm not sure why your eyes were in agony when you woke up. If it happens again, you might want to get your eyes checked just to make sure they're ok.

Well, I suppose your first experiences with lucidity could be quite scary, especially since you don't know exactly what to expect. You usually don't feel the REM when you are asleep, but I guess that since it is a dream, anything can happen. My suggestion is to just keep trying to lucid dream and if you keep experiencing this pain, go along with what Clairity said and get it checked out. That is quite unusual.
