I've reduced my dose again, down to 1mg. Hopefully soon the nightmares will return and I'll get to fight my demons again. Just wanted all of you to know.Quote:

The way I face my dream "demons" is that when I find myself in a nightmarish setting, I just face it, and let the bad things happen. It has surprised me how easy it is, and how effective it is. It never even turns into a nightmare for me.
congrats. its nice to see lucid dreaming being used for something like this
That's great and ambitious. Best of all it seems to be working. Awesome job. :)
That's nice man. One of the first times I LDed was facing a recurring evil monster in my childhood dreams. I still remember the dream and it motivates me to this day!
In one nightmare of my younger days, a comic book villain was out to get me. But then I sympathized with the traumatic life he went through, and we became friends. XD
Based off of this experience, I believe when in a lucid nightmare, the best remedy is to just talk it out. Talking>running/fighting. Remember that when you become lucid in these dreams!
