I still havent had time to read the article, but in the Norwegian one i thought of it this way: Yes, in some way you loose some "training" time. But most people dont have 4-5 lucids a night, every night. So there is a lot of dreams that you dont remember/dont get lucid where you get the nessesary "training". So I think its ok |
