also, is it possible to LD every night?
RCs (Reality Checks) can help you become awair that you are dreaming. You have to make then a habit, do them several times during the day, so that you will eventually do them in your sleep.
Yes, it is possible to LD every night, however most people LD much less than that.
You say you cannot. What if you could, but even forgot that you forgot?
It is a matter of choice it seems..
Know that you can do it, and practise dream recall, .. would be my starting advice for you. :)
Keep on dreaming! ;)
That probably isn't true. Especcially if you haven't been trying for long. There are many people who have never had lucid dreams before and for them it CAN be hard to get started (I'm one of them). I'm going to assume you're new to all this. Firstly, start a dream journal and record any dreams, parts of dreams, or even tiny tiny little things you remember from that night. You will see your dream recall increasing at a suprising rate. As teaching yourself to realise you're dreaming (DILDing), do reality checks often throughout the day. By this, I don't mean do them whenever you happen to remember. Do them when you notice something the slightest bit odd. Maybe an ad break seems longer than usual. You might notice something isn't quite where you left it. Or electronical devices aren't working exactly right. Do a reality check. All this will help you. Also look into other methods of lucid dreaming, I'm not going to go into any more detail here because there are plenty of tutorials to do that for me. And patience.
Patience, my child.
