My first lucid dream?

About 5 hours ago I think I had a lucid dream, although it didn't last long. I remember my entire dream before I went lucid, but I will just explain the part right before I went lucid: A bunch of my friends went skating and I got separated, the time of day was kind of fluid and my environment changed from day to night and suburban to city, but my friends were still there. I had to pole vault from one roof to the other to get to them (I know, random right?), on my second try I just went flying in the air and I remember yelling to my friends to call an ambulance. I realized I was going to die and that made me realize it couldn't be real, that I was in a dream. I just shot of flying for like 10 seconds and I felt really excited and scared and then I lost it and woke up. That was a lucid dream right?

Yep. Lucid Dreaming is just knowing that your dreaming while your still dreaming, you certainly did that.
They will get longer and more vivid the more you practice :)

Sweet! thanks for the quick reply man. I will work on becoming aware of dreaming although I have gotten pretty good at remembering my dreams.

in all my dreams getting sexual out of nowhere it the best thing to do. Haha i could be falling through quick sand and then bam it hits me and i get jessica simpson to appear:banana::banana:

Hey thanks for the support guys I'm glad I could share my first LD. For Jerad: Congrats on yours too lol! I first heard about lucid dreaming a year ago but just got educated and into it a month ago so I guess your a quick learner!
