does anyone else not like having lucid dreams?
no.
If they did, I doubt they'd spend much time on this forum.
ya... sorry i didn't mean to sound like an asshole. But i think 99 percent of people here want to ld. Why dont you?
I don't like LD's all the time, but they're good sometimes.
I guess that's just me. :P
i do lucid dream most of the time. and i've been able to since i could remember. but i dont like to because i'd rather have my dream tell me something instead of me tell it to tell me something. if that makes sense. i basically believe that dreams can tell us something about ourselves or our lives. but i dont try to have lucid dreams, it just comes naturally so that might be another reason.
You know, I haven't done an enormous amount of LDing, but I can understand how that would be a bit tiresome for someone who naturally LD's all the time. Like, you would just want your mind to get carried away and take you wherever it wants to go, right?
You could always just LD but not attempt to control anything that's happening around you. You could just spend your time wandering around, asking DCs questions... I'm thinking that that might help you learn more about yourself than regular dreams. The possibilities are endless.
The only times I didn't like LDs was when they turned out to be nightmare-ish.
I can see why people don't like having lucids everynight, but if that happened to me, I'd LOVE it!! Hehe:)
If I got sick of it, I'd just ride out the dream.
If you don't like lding why are you on the forum?
Is lucid dreaming naturally a genetic trait?
And losing lucidity is easy if you find yourself wanting to learn more about yourself.
i'm not trying to be defensive or argumentative but i do believe this site has information on other things other than lucidity. -shrugs-
and i dont know if it is a genetic trait...
it's not really as easy as it sounds. i tried my hardest not to change anything and just go with the flow but...it never works cause it's usually always a nightmare so...i kinda need to change it.
I do like lucid dreams. I don't have them frequently, but if I did I'd still enjoy them very much.
I LOVE lucid dreams. However there's some people I know that doesnt like it... i don't know why.
Notice how this site isn't only about Lucid Dreaming. Consult this.
you guys are crazy. how could you not like LDs? thats like not liking mac n chz or pizza!
^Hmm..I'm not really a cheese person. But I love lucid dreams!
I can see what you're saying, but I can't understand how LDing can not be likeable. Even the LDs that I have that are boring or scary are still great in their own way.
I'm curious if any NON-natural lucid dreamers don't like lucid dreams.
Lucid dreaming is like a sport, once you stop playing it, your skills start to fade out-which is something very unthoughtful. Just remember when you change your mind and want to come back, gaining that skill once more will be a waist of time on you because you should have thought about it before you quit on it!!!:wtf: Just lo0k away cause the majority of members in this forum are mostly interested on Lding and things you'll find here are atleast 80-90% based on Lucid dreaming..
