      Dream Control

Hello everyone. I have recently been trying to have lucid dreams again, when i was little i was able to have plenty of lucid dreams, in which i had control over what happens, and for example: being able to move objects at will, people, places... etc. As the years went by i had less and less lucid dreams, and right now i hardly have any... just yesterday i had one, and this one was different than all my previous ones. It started off as a normal dream in which things randomly change and one doesn't care, during that time (still unaware that i'm dreaming) i suddently paused and rewound the dream because i wanted to do something i wasn't able to do. so i did it, and resumed the dream, later i remember running from someone because of something i remember (but that memory wasn't from my conscious, i think i just made it up).. so later i went somewhere and imagined that i was holding something (and there it was) but it was weird, because i did and i didn't know that i was sleeping (my explanation is that i did not have full access to my memory, but who knows). so at that time i tried to spawn someone in my dream, at which point the dream started to distort, like a swirl and fading. at that point i tried the spinning technique which only made the dream go away slower i felt both my dream hands and physical hands tingling... i kind of tried the hand rubbing at the end but i think it was too late. so i guess my questions are: how do you go about dream spinning if in the dream there is no surface to spin on? and how do you guys prevent yourselves from thinking about your sleeping body if you are about to wake up? and, is it possible that i "made up" the memories in my dream? if so i'd like to know more ... thanks

Try looking at your hands instead of spinning

      In order...

-Have you tried just throwing your arms out and hurling yourself around?

-I'd say just try to look at a wall or something in the dream and focus on it as hard as you can. Although, if you're feeling your real body, I'd say you're gonna wake up no matter what at that point.

-Yeah, there's plenty of times when I'll be like "I need to go there because I have school today." and this'll be in the middle of summer. Pretty much anything is possible.

have you ever had full memories tho? where you remember that (for example) you built something (and maybe it took you weeks) or that for example you remember having a totally different life in detail?
