I was thinking if spinning helps increase the reality of the dream, and vividness why not try this ???

I think spinning would help you with vividness and it could also transport you into a different dream scene. I could try this in my next lucid dream.
Spinning does make the dream more vivid, but it may wake you up if you do it for prolonged periods and if the dream isn't stable enough, if you know what I mean...
By the way, I once tried to spin in something similar than that pic, but I went right through it when it started spinning, and it sent me flying. :shock:
