During an SP, you can't move at all, not even your eyelids. I've only had one, but it also felt like my body was vibrating, and I had goosebumps.
The onset of SP usually brings about really intense emotions or sensual perceptions. Loud Buzzing in your ears or crazy vibrations throughout your body happen to most people. It can also bring about visual hallucinations; before i knew what SP was I had it a very long time ago. The walls turned to rust and i could hear demons coming to kill me in the background. A lot of people i ask who have had SP usually say they try to scream for help but can't move. If it happens like that, relaxing and reminding yourself of its true nature will make it pass...
If you ask me, you'll know for sure when you have Sleep paralysis :D
Oh. ok. well, i couldn't really move and i was seeing some weird colors and (like i said before) i felt a weight on me. Was that just semi-Sp or was i not having SP at all?
Doesn't sound like an SP at all, since you could move. You were probably about to fall asleep, though. :)
lol. I WAS about to fall asleep until i had an itch though. I am going to try again because I was fully aware of everything. I was fully conscious so if i was about to fall asleep wouldn't that make me lucid since i was fully conscious while i was about to fall asleep so wouldn't i bring that consciousness into my dream with me?
