It might not be a bad thing that it's gone.. typically, that's one of the things that wakes people from their dreams or makes them lose lucidity. |

The first couple times I had a lucid dream, the moment I realized I was dreaming, I felt this incredible sensation. It was like energy was washing over me and building up inside me. I felt a similar feeling the first time I seriously considered the possibility that I was dreaming during my waking state. |

Thats not how it was at all. When it happened the dream became even more clear, and it only served to further validate the realization that I was dreaming. |

I actually noticed the same thing happened this morning while I was Ld'ing. It suppose it might have been due to my hangover, but I am not really sure. I did get that super charged up feeling the previous morning during a lucid dream, and today it was gone. I have just recently started my dream journal back up and it seems to be working very well, because I have never had back to back lucid dreams before. |

Hmm, I don't remember such excitement [at least, from any lucids I've had since last year to now], Mes is right, such feelings tend to wake up many LDers. |

Yep. You could also recover your rush by doing something extremely awesome, like speak to someone who's passed away or fly to another planet or something! |
