I Fell Into Myself?

A weird thing that happens to me... Sometimes I'll be dreaming (regular dreams cuz I can't dream lucidly yet :cry: ) and suddenly I'll jerk awake, and it'll feel like I fell back into my own body, or was suddenly sucked back in. It's very freaky.

What is this? Has this happened to any of you?

Yeah that's happened to me, I bet it's pretty normal. Feels weird though! :P
