I have heard that people who are colour blind have black and white dreams. I'm not sure about sound though. |

do any one find that there is no color in their dreams. And, there is no sound. |

SapphireGem, below are some previous threads that deal with dreaming in black and white. |

I've had a black and white dream before. Until then I never thought it was possible. It was like being in an old movie, complete with the old-fashioned outfits and architecture. Weird thing is, it started off as a dream in color. |
|
I'm pretty sure I have color in dreams, but I don't exactly remember much color. If I do, it's dull. And for sound, I don't really hear anything, I just "think" what I'm hearing. |

thankyou for your replies. |

Dreams early in your sleep cycles tend to be black and white since they are easier to render for the mind. |
|
Sometimes I've had a sense of muffled sound, but never black and white dreams. That'd be cool! |

You do this every fucking time.
No sweat.
No tears.
No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.

ive never have a colour less or sound less dream. but if u do a way to fix it would be spin in a circle and say "colour" or "sound" or both and ur dreams will burst in to colour and u will have sound. |
|
That's when you're lucid. It'd be nearly impossible to have a black and white lucid because of the timing of black and white dreams. |
