RC Question

Are there any RC's you can do that don't involve moving?
Essensially a RC that you can do just in your mind.

Why i ask this is because sometimes when i attempt to WILD i cant tell if i'm in a dream yet or not, and i want to reality check, but i dont want to move if im not dreaming yet.
i hope that makes sense.

You can do a version of a nose RC without using your hands or even moving atall - just tense the little muscles in the back of your throat like you would if you were trying not to breath through your nose because of a bad smell for example. If you can still breath through your nose when doing this then you are dreaming.

That is probably the best thing to do, the only other thing i can think of is trying to cast spells.

You could try pushing your tongue through the roof of your mouth or through your front teeth.
