      my dream plan

      I have a two week "override my medication" idea. Tell me what you think.

      1. I am cutting out sugar and coffee alcohol and weed (gulp)
      2. going to the gym three times a week to keep fit
      3. eat lots of brain food
      4. have some mugwort under my pillow and some B6 in my blood
      5. no snoozing. usually i snooze for up to an hour a morning...i dont know if i can stick to this one but ill try!
      6. and a pen and paper next to my bed..

      wish me luck

      after two weeks if i still cant remember my dreams i give up :-(
      a child's rhyme stuck in my head
      it said life is but a dream
      i spent so many years in question
      to find i known this all along..

      Yuo shouldn't give , even if it doesn't work! Dreams are really fun. I'm working on my recall, also. And vividness, too. ^.^...Make sure you do get enough sleep every night, too.


      I'm trying to cut out caffine from what I eat because I wanna see if it affects dream recall...


      I need to exersize more..xD

      Personally, I think cutting out sugar and adding exercise will have a monstrous effect by themselves.

      That's what i am now trying to do.

      2 weeks. I know its not very long but i cant stop smoking for more than that. I could keep the rest going for a month. But id have to smoke at least two nights a week, that still would be cutting down from my 5 day-and-nights a week

      Good luck with your plan! Hope you suceed. But even if it doesn't work in two weeks time, you really shouldn't give up. It took me more then a month to get my dream recall to where I could remember long dreams. Then another two months before I could remember one every night.

      Everyone's different, but every lucid dreamer has something in common, and that's determination and patience.

      yea, and when you are done, you should still give up, "weed" maybe do it gradually, use dandilions instead of marijuana....

      so, how will you know what actually effects LDing? if you cant give up smoking or dandilions, they might not even be effecting your dream recal, *coughyearightcough*

      you should give up weed for 2 weeks, see what happens, then give up smoking for 2 weeks, then exerscise ect...

      the scientific method..... it works, use it
