A couple of days ago I took a 60mg dose and went to bed (I have a bottle of 10mg tablets).
I had cool dreams, one of them I was just lucid with no effort.
The next day I was in pain tho, my eyeballs aches and I had weird shooting pains in my body...i also got a few dizzy spells.
Do you think this was the b6 or was I just getting a cold or something?
Hmmm, I don't think it was the B6. You didn't take enough of it to do any damage, anyway. I think you need to take it for an extended period of time for any side effects. Weeeell anyway, I'm no expert, but I know it hasn't effected me thus far. ;)

Did you remember to take the pills out of the bottle before you swallowed them? :?
i think i know..i remember someone around here saying that you shuold never take those pills on an empty stomach because there will be bad side effects...
Ah yeah, it even says on the directions to take them with a meal. But.. with things like that, I always thought that pills just wouldn't work if taken on an empty stomach, rather than produce side effects. :?:

I just woke up from my first experience with B6...it was pretty intense...i didn't manage to go lucid...but I didnt really expect to. I took a 100 mg dose right before bed...and I remembered twice the amount of dreams that i normally do...I woke up very happy. :D
Is vitamin B6 supposed to do the job then? I must get some!
i read this and bought some b6 100mg pills.. will give it a try with 100mg before bed.. report tomorrow
Tonight Im taking a 200mg plunge. Will report results tomorrow.

Well I decided to leave 6 days between taking b6 so tonight is the night for my next dose :-)
Im gonna take 100mg (but taking 10 tablets does seem a bit exessive to me even if they are 10mg pills.)
Will report tomorrow :-)
May even combine it with Calea Z.

it helps Ld'ing. It helps ur concentration, to my understadng.
Took 200 mg of B6 last night and my dreams were all very dramatic and movie-like. I didnt have any lucid dreams though. My dream this mornng I was draft-dodging worl war II with someone else and running around, getting a gun, planning our hid out, cliff diving, and for some reason at the end, pretending to be a doctor.....pretty crazy. But I think I'm gonna take a B6 break now ANd I've already stopped taking melatonin.

took 100mg last night, and I not only had what i wold call vivid dreams, but the longest running dreams ive remembered in a very very long time. I could recall about 20 minutes of dream.. wich in the dream incompased several days. very nice.. This afternoon, (day after 100hm b6 sleep) i took a nap and in my dream i was questioning it being a dream, just then my son jumped on me and woke me up!.
ill try another 100mg tonight.

Never remembered a dream from a nap, I always do if the nap is long enuogh. Anyway no recall from last night at all.. 100mg also
Naps are pure dream. Thats what I love about em. I remember my dreams from naps most of th time.
heheh okay I took my 100mg and had some...interesting dreams. A load of seemingly random events linked into one long dream as opposed to a few short dreams about different things.Quote:

I smoked pot a bit tho too so I might have killed my recall and I had a restless sleep, kept getting up in the night to go to the toilet.
It was okay tho no lucids. Dont feel bad today it must have been a cold or soemthing...
