Very intense SP. Went way rong, what the hell heppend?

Earlier today I was going to take nap to try to LD. I counted my deep breaths and sooner or later went into sleep paralysis. With each breath I take the tingling numbness and buzzing become stronger.my hands lock up and i feel its muscles tighten up. .The vibrations get very, very intense it felt like:poke: all around my body..My hands are in pain, its feels like i pulled a muscle but keeps getting more painful.It gets to the point where i can't take it and jumped out of my bed with my body still numb and vibrating. I could barely walk, i think i was still in sleep paralysis. it went away slowly, except my hands, which was still locked up and in pain. I jumped in the shower, thinking the running water would help, and after like 8 minutes i could move them but now they ache and are shaking. its an effort just to pick up things, even writing this is tough.

What the hell happened?

Hmm... well I don't know what your beliefs are, but I think you were starting an astral projection and i don't want to scare you but... maybe there was a negative entity around? I don't know, just guessing.

Sleep Paralysis is generally like that, however thats more intense than its ever been for me. But that really happens every night, we're just not concious to know that it is happening.

It sounds like muscle cramps to me, right after SP

this happened over 2 hours ago and my hands are still shaking, its kind of funny.
I can get into sleep paralysis any time i want, but its never that intense, gets close though. I just can't seem to get my self to fall into an LD,I just stay in sleep paralysis. no strong HI either.

I wonder if maybe you pinched a nerve or compressed your spine in a weird way. Were you sleeping in a strange position? Part of WILD is trying to stick it out through that uncomfortable stage, but if you are uncomfortable for a legitamate reason, it can hurt afterwards.

hey why not?

I was just laying on my back. Though my hands locked up like how a mentally or physically handicapped individuals would.

If you're serious about it staying with you for that long, I would definitely go see a doctor. I wonder if it could be a symptom of some other unknown nervous system disfunction.

One of my best friends would always loose feeling in his legs when he got drunk. We thought it was funny until he went to the doctor and they told him he had M.S.

Were you taking any medication? Did you pound some B vitamins before? Pay attention if it happens again.

Ive gotten up straight from SP before, I just feel real mellow and tingly but I am able to move ok. maybe it's just because I panicked. I did not take any b6 or any other medication at the time. if it happens again I will go to the doctor.
