      what was this?

      Well last night i went to bed at 10:15 and i layed still from 10:20 - 10:40 after i switched sides at around 10:45 i felt SP? is this possible? after the "SP" i had a thought going through my head it kind of felt like a dream until i ruined it by moving. when i had SP other times i could move around after, why?
      was this sp? it felt like sp

      I don't exactly under stand what you are saying but I think your right about being able to have sp right as you go to bed. I have felt the beginning of sp before getting any sleep, so I think your fine.
