Thread: Anime/Cartoon Lucid. Whats it like

I'm still working on this. I've never been able to enter a whole cartoon world yet but almost a whole year ago I managed to conjur anime characters (dream ended too quickly to interact). It does actually work then but ever since I've tried again without success. Maybe jumping into a TV would do the trick but I've never even seen one in a lucid dream.

PS. I did it by spinning and commanding but that technique doesn't work often for me.

Hi, whole cartoon nope....but I've had just the character or a partial cartoon world with some 'reality' stuff. I think it's quite difficult to have a completely cartoon world.

I've done something like this once, where I was in a big hall painted white and there were lots of people moving along the walls in 2D. I have not managed to enter the second dimension myself though, how would you see anything?

It is an interesting concept, however it would be rather uncomfortable, unless you were watching yourself on a screen or something, which would not really count.

i had a 3D cartoon dream and in the same dream marvel like world. it wasn't lucid though but was very weird

It's really a crazy experience, quite mind blowing... I even looked at my cartoon hand as a reality check! I just couldn't believe that the mind could so easily produce such a vivid, convincing cartoon world . I really want to try it again, the first time was an accident and I didn't stay in the dream as long as I would have liked.

It's so amazing. We can't imagine having a cartoon dream, it's impossible. But when we do have one, we are amazed at how our brain made the scenario

I've had atleast 20 dreams like this but none were lucid because it was when I was a kid

I've had a cartoon lucid before, it was very cool. It wasn't 2d though it was actually 3d. Hard to explain really.
