Thread: Lucid Sex: starting your dream travels with a bang

hi! Correct me if I am wrong, but your entire life is dedicated to finding a mate and spreading your genes around.Because this is the driving force of life (sex) is is deeply coded into your DNA (genes), this would probably be the first thing to surface from your woozy mind. I am a male , and this is stereotypical but true, what is the first thing you think about when you see a member of the opposite sex?(no offense gay & lesbians) yep, sex. so when you awake in the "dreamworld" and see your first DC (if it is a member of the opposite sex) (again, no offense gays and lesbians), your next thought will probably be about sex.

My take on it is this. When I was a kid lucid dreaming, I'd be trying a lot. There's nothing hornier than an inexperienced young male (and the experienced old ones can be pretty bad too). There was nothing that would mess up a lucid dream quicker for me as a kid than trying to get some when I hadn't gotten any in reality. Nothing, and I mean nothing, would cause clarity to fade more quickly than the sight of a nekkid lady in an LD. I had an idea of what I wanted to do next, but in reality, I didn't know the mechanics well enough to pull it off in my dreams.

So the catch-22, at least for me, was this: By the time I'd had enough real-life sex to have enough comfort and familiarity with it that I could be comfortable and relaxed about sex in lucid dreaming, the appeal wasn't nearly so great anymore. Perhaps we seek after that which we wish to obtain, and if it's something we already have in ready supply, then we might not seek it so eagerly in our dreams.

Now all that being said, after I left the chat room here last night, I went to sleep around 3:30, and became lucid around 6am (My alarm woke me from it at 6:15). Clarity and control were exceptional and I was experimenting mostly with sticking my head inside solid objects and trying to lessen the sense of "resistance" I get when I do that.. and also turning around and looking behind me (I realized I don't turn around a lot in my LD's, so I wanted to work on that too). Sometime in there I was thinking about one of the tasks for this month, getting a DC to tell me something about myself I didn't know. I asked an attractive lady to tell me something about myself I didn't know, She responded, "I'd do ya". I smiled at her and replied, "Yes, but I already know that". I thought about a quick shag.. and decided to give it a pass. Clarity and control were just too good and I got interested in walking through solid objects around that time anyway. So as I walked through the wall, I heard her saying, "Hey, that's not fair..."

and nlmgr made an interesting point I suppose. But sex as a needs for reproduction is probably mostly part of the subconscious already, and lucid dreaming obviously involves the conscious.

It seems that once you get your lucid cherry popped, your DCs follow...

This is totally true... I used to have loads of LDs when I was in middle school. Except instead of being in wonder of how vivid my surroundings are, I'd just grab the nearest female and start unloading my cargo...

As a female, I can say this is true for us too. However, I rarely have any DCs in my LDs except the ones I summon there. But my dream mind STILL wants sex. I usually retain enough focus though to at least do it somewhere cool, that either isn't possible, or really hard irl. I've had sex on the moon, underwater, on the beach (I've never been to a beach secluded enough irl /sigh), on a rollercoaster, while flying... etc. I just summon my boyfriend and away we go!

No, not so much to justify it. I just don't want to waste my LD with *only* sex, since I can have normal sex in a bed anytime I want.

for me lucid sex was amazing and i will admit the first real lucid dream i had i went straight to a girl quickly took off her clothes and fuked her. the bad thing is i woke up right when i did it. this is one of my favorite LD even though it only lasted 30 seconds. the next LD i had i stayed away from sex because i wanted to fly, walk through walls, ect. but still i wanted to have sex so what i have done is set up a plane for myself. when i get lucid i do my dream rehersals and always try to fly than when i feel my time is running short i find a girl and screw her. doing this i get both of what i want and not have to worry about a short LD.

btw, does anyone here think im setting myself up for disaster? by having sex at the end of my dream will that make my mind think to wake up after i have sex?

I think there is a lot of lucid sex because in lucid dreams we do things that we cannot in waking life; one of those things is running around screwing everyone you see (which is socially prohibited and not very practical, unless you are Colin Farrell).

Hah, if one was so lucky. I go lucid all the time, but only if the dream involves pain or monsters or such, then it's just a battle to stay alive and get as much out of it as possible.

CRD.. Once you go lucid, who not use that to chillax a bit and stop fighting and try something else?

Well, I don't really have control of the dream, so all I can do is fight back until I die. I'm working on that part

Sex is a reoccurring theme for me. I fool around in lucid dreams, but never have actually had intercourse. I'm a married man, and my subconscious won't allow it. It would be too much like cheating. The girl always turns into some kind of monster or does something really gross and that always stops me cold.

Is sex any better in a dream than it is in reality?

The real thing works for me.

well i can say that i have had sex in my LD on many occasions, the first time I had a DILD and instead of walking out the door i turned around and screwed one of my DC that was really hot, after that i have had LD sex on many occasions, i dont go into an LD to have sex, but if I think about it I have fun from time to time. I do it in LD because it is socially unacceptable to screw everyone IRL. Oh and if I put too much effort into it, like really put all of my mind into having sex i usually wake up immediately following it, if i just have sex in an LD and dont really put a ton of effort into i can continue in my LD.

as demonstrated ,almost nothing can affect the subcocious, but drugs can affect the concious mind.therefor,in times of shock, the subconcious kicks in.and if you had just become lucid, control of the subcocious the virtualy impossible.

I think everything effects the subconscious mind.

Much rather have Lady Luck then the Hag. To screw the Hag would be one of those "just to say I did it" fucks.

And I think the whole zoning out of dreams during sex thing is because you expect to -shrugs-
