I have found one pretty good page about visualisation. It might be usefull for people who take mental imaging as a problem:

The ability to think in images tends to decrease as one grows older. However it always remains, because it is the basic unit of thought that builds up to all the others. People just tend to get caught up in the logic and rigidity of "mature" thinking. Just let yourself go-as in a daydream-and the images come no problem.
I skimmed through the article, it seems to concur with that belief I have.
Hmmm. Yeah. It seems. At first sight. I was actually at situation, where i didnt believe I could see some images. Then I found image streaming technique, which showed me, that internal world deserves attention and it will slowly begin to behave according to what i really want.
This article has one benefit. And that is ... We actually dont have to have as good visualisation to perform most of the techniques. We just have to feel aware of the situation we try to "imagine". And thats it.
I dont have to see pictures, i really dont ...
You know what happened after I readed this {and many more similar articles}. My internal visualisation got better. It is not brilliant, but i have made peace with myself in this subject. I no longer feel bad about me not seing brilliant images {especially after having vivid lucid dreams}
