Question.
I've read up a little on B-6 vitamins on old topics of this site, I seen taking too much is dangerous. Now I've been takin a 50 mg tablet a day after lunch as directed in the bottle (not for inducing lucid dreams, but for other purposes.) I hear 2-3 mg a day of B-6 is the amount you should be having a day...so should I stop? or is it safe?

Has anything happened to you to this point?
-
No...I take 'em cause my body sucks at disolving carbs and fats and converts a hersheys chocolate bar into 2 pimples over night :P

Nah your cool. I think you could take 100mg a day and be fine, but thats not reccomended. I don't think it's good to take big doses for extremely long periods of time. I'm sure you haven't come close to doing any harm at this point. Im pretty sure all damage that can be done from B6, which Ive heard requres much, is all reversible once you stop. Of course someones probably gonna follow this post saying "Dont listen to Gameover, hes a dumbass " :P

So then you don't have to stop if you don't want, especially if nothing major has happened.

maybe if I wasn't so god damn conceited :(... I've actually found these only like 4 days ago, because I stopped eating any type of chocolate bars like 5 months ago just to have a clear face. I got to eat all the chocolate bars I wanted and in the last 4 days and with the pill after lunch nothing's happened to my face...its a shame to let 'em go :( lol
