Question what do you do after you get into sleep paralysis?

When i try for a wild I take deep breaths and count them, soon i feel i enter sleep paralysis. I feel vibrations and my hands and feet get that tingling numbness.

      what do i do now?

I get HI sometimes but most of the time i mostly see black. also if i stop consecrating on my breathing, i get HI, but not strong.. I tried rolling out of my body but it doesn't work.

      thanks for your help.
      You loose yourself, you reappear
You suddenly find you got nothing to fear
Alone you stand with nobody near
When a trembling distant voice, unclear
Startles your sleeping ears to hear
That somebody thinks they really found you.

You need to wait for SP to fully take effect, if you're not experiencing HI you haven't gone far enough. Its an unmistakable feeling, you'll get it soon enough.

Trust us. You'll know SP when you get it.
You do this every fucking time.
      No sweat.
      No tears.
      No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.

Make sure you're really tired when trying to WILD.
Or try it during a Wake Back to Bed. If you're somewhat tired and in need of sleep your body should slip into sleep paralysis sooner. Just laying down out of the blue and trying to get a WILD isn't the easiest thing. Well, not easy for me anyway.

I've been in sleep paralysis, sometimes it gets very intense. I become more aware in my mind. I don't seem to get much HI, do i have to get imagery to lucid dream.

You can try some techniques to induce hallucinations if the HI doesn't come naturally. Basically, by the time you are in SP, you are about 99% asleep. You just need that last 1%. I get stuck there a lot, too. Sometimes you are already asleep, but you are just dreaming you are still in bed trying to WILD. Very easy to get fooled.

Once you are in SP or almost in SP, try several different things.

If you are good at visualizing, try to imagine a scene vividly. It can be a real place you are familiar with, or an imaginary place. A lot of people use their house. If you do, make sure it is not your bedroom, or you might get fooled into a FA. Imagine trying to move through this space. Either run around your front yard, or walk down your staircase. Something like that.

If you are not so good at visualizing, try to just imagine the feeling of movement. Try to get the feeling of movement without ever moving your body. Imagine your body bouncing up and down on your mattress. Imagine floating up and bumping your nose on your ceiling. Imagine sinking into your bed. Anything that you can easily imagine vividly. Just don't actually move your body.

The idea is to move your awareness out of your body in bed, and into a body in a dream.

Imagine there's a rope hanging above your bed. Take your dream arms and start climbing. The action somehow takes you into a dream.
In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald

Not every gets HI during SP.

Most people get wierd images and sounds.

Once in -real- SP you can imagine a dream scene and pretty soon you will be there in a WILD.
