      Questions about B6 and warm milk...

      Okay does anyone know how much seratonin you need to affect your dreams a lot? And does anyone know how much seratonin is realeased in milk when you warm it up? Also, I have some cereal ("honey smacks") it apparently has a lot of B vitamins in it, including B6. Does anyone know if having 2 or three bowls of that will affect my dreams? Also, my plan is to have warm milk with that cereal, double combo...

      I dont know about milk....not a fan of milk myself. How much percent of B6 does the Smacks have? I think you'll need 500% to start noticing something much different and quite a bit more to have a real difference. Rememebr the 100mg supplements have 5,000% Daily Value.

      I'm going to have to agree with gameover on this one... the supplements are the way to go. I tried eating every fruit with B6 in it as possible at one point. but there wasnt a noticeable difference in my dreams. I just recently tried the 100mg pills....and WHAMO my dream recall pretty much doubled...it was nuts.
