Incense

Hello all,

I have just recently got interested in incense, burning it during the day like when i play xbox and stuff. I was just curious. If i burn it at night before i go to bed, could it possibly help me have LDs? because when you're sleeping, you would smell a familiar smell from when you were awake.

I'm not sure that having a familiar smell will help you lucid dream but it couldn't hurt.

LOL thats weird...anyway i read somewhere that before you fall asleep, smell like a cologne or something and when your asleep, have a friend spray it near your nose and it helps lucid dreaming. just wondering if starting up a stick of incense before you get into bed would be similar?

Most likely it would have to be a unique smell; as in a stick you haven't burned yet. If you were to smell a stick you've been burning in your room all day, it would seem to be just a normal smell.

Also a dead link. Search results are automatically deleted after a certain amount of time on servers, usually ten minutes.

Well when I had a cold for one night I rubbed this stuff on my feet and I could smell it and I had a LD that night..but the next night I used it again and I didn't have a LD. So It has to be a totally new smell. Same with febreeze. I did that once and got a LD out of it and the next day I did it and boom no LD.
