Looking at the hands
A a method of prolonging lucid dreams when they begin to fade I have always found alongside spinning that the looking the hands technique has always proved very effective..... just wondering what others made of this technique.
Strangely sometimes found I would have a glove or mitten on or something else wierd like that.....crazy the way the dreamworld works isn't it!

Yeah, that's a good method.
Sometimes my hands are tattoed with some brown symbols...
Tonight I used special LD technique - using my hands as a concentration point and quickly glancing around. worked pretty good

One time I just started gazing at my hands as long as I could. The texture on my hands changed from normal flesh to red and yellow butterflies fluttering up my arm (truely spectacular), and then the scene behind my hands was morphing, my vision was stretching and morphing, and then I had an FA. What works best is not only looking at your hands, but rubbing them together to.

Hmmm... interesting I'll have to try that rubbing technique, I guess that is because you get a tactile feeling as well as sight, so you are employing two of your dream senses instead of just the one.

concentration on the ground ive heard also to be effective. Not tested it thouge

Looking at hands, then running hands down walls, and over floors, then back at hands, lather rinse repeat...
And verbal commands. Good stuff too.
In my lucids, it shows itself as a growing crackling green forcefield that stabilizes what it touches.
