I dreamed I was on psylocybin

Yes, I did magic mushrooms once about 6 years ago. Now last night I dreamed I was taking it again and I actually had a trip in the dream (though not very long) but I wasn't lucid because it didn't really hit me I was dreaming. I just had the same feeling of increased consciousness in the dream-trip as in the wake-trip years ago. I'm a beginner and I'm still in the practicing recall-/trying to get lucid-phase.
What do you think about the following reflections:

As lucid dreaming has a lot to do with [I]believing[I] that you can have lucid dreams, couldn't it be that my dream-trip was like a method of my own (sub)consciousness to "trick me" in becoming lucid? I said that I wasn't lucid but it could still be a first step in that direction. Well, I hope.
Maybe it was just a "normal dream" like about anything else. And the fact that I took psylocybes once makes it of course more probable that I will dream about it anytime in my life.

Interesting that you took drugs in a dream and felt the effects as if you had really done them, it's happened once or twice to me as well, but I'm not sure how that could be some kind of trick into making you lucid. Seems like a pretty regular dream to me.
