      Sleep Paralyzation????????

      What does it exactly feel like? I have had times where I was very sleepy and was unable to move my body at all. I could not open my eyes but I could hear and ntohing seemed out of the ordinary. What was this? When you get into SP how to you get out of it and have an LD?
