Music and LD'ing
Hi there everyone. I was just curious what the LD'ers say about music and LD'ing. Has anyone ever noticed a better turnout with LD'ing when listening to music as theylay in bed trying to fall asleep. I've listened to music when i sleep for the past i-can't-remember years and i was just wondering if that effects LD'ing much. If it causes a sort of block to LD'ing i would gladly change my habit. But if anyone has any info please let me know.
p.s. zlaya - nice avatar. that's you playing right? ^_^ .v..

I wonder too if music could act like a dreamsign. I read something in the Induction Techniques forum about someone trying it out, but no results yet.

I dont think that music would hinder your lucid dreams. If it hinders you falling asleep (thus dreaming, lucid dreaming etc) then yea its a problem, otherwise its all right. I always listen to something really quiet while im trying to go to sleep.
As far as the avata, its not me playing :) I just searched on google for a nice guitar photo heh.
Later man!

Music typically doesn't effect my dreams or LDs. Hard rock will sometimes keep me awake, which obviously isn't good. I just recently tried using a CD that I made that says "Are you dreaming?" every 15 minutes. I think it sorta worked-- I had a short LD. I'm gonna try it again tonight.
If you're interested, I'll probably be selling the CDs soon and you could PM me.
