I heard from a TV show that when you sleep, the logic center of your brain shuts down. That's why our dreams are so weird. But in lucid dreams, I seem to mostly have normal logic. Anyone know what I mean?

I have no idea about this really, I always assumed that dreams were just memories and thoughts that were assembled together and shown via mental images while our bodies rest. Pretty much just a way for the body to sort out stuff, like a filing cabinet in a way.
Yes. Normally, in non-LD's, the logic center of our brain is shut off. I think that LD's might occur when that part of the brain either hasn't fully shut down, or has been re-activated (either voluntarily or involuntarily).
logic center ??
i never heard of that .... i understand that there's a location for language processing for instance in a specific location in the human brain ..... but a logic center ?!?! i mean the brain is all about logic .....
dunno
