I thought of a lucid task that would be very difficult... Try and go into your body to see your circulatory and respiratory systems working... Travel with your blood or go into the heart... I'm not sure where this thread should be but this would be a very difficult lucid task... I think the best way to get into your body would be to squeeze your head into your neck somehow...
That'd take some intense imagination skills but would be cool. :D If I were to do it, I would just find my dream body and jump into its middle.
Another way is to change your television to the My Body channel (where it broadcasts live from your bloodstream) and hop in. A science magazine with good macro pics would work well for incubation, too.
I think I'd morph into a white blood cell, and gobble up bacteria and junk. <3
