      Lightbulb Nap WILDing

So I'm practicing WILD, and so far I only get to where I feel paralyzed, and I can't remember anything after that point. I do this as I am going to sleep. I don't do WBTBs, maybe I should though...but if I try WILDing at afternoon
naps, is it more effective without WBTB??

You'll have a lot smaller chance of just falling asleep if you try in the afternoons.

When it comes ot WILD's, naps make everything much easier for some reason.

In fact, I mainly WILD while napping.

isnt WILDing supposed to be really hard without WBTB?
I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.

I think napping is an exception. It's just that before bed is really hard compared to WBTB, but napping is completely different.
