What to do when lucid dreaming? (SHARE YOUR IDEAS!)

Hey guys,

Felt like making this thread so that we can all share some ideas of what we could possibly do when we are lucid dreaming. There is no limit to what we can do, so lets share ideas! I will start giving some of my ideas once you all start posting, but just to get you all going:

I had the idea of fighting all superheroes from comics and movies just to see if we can kick their ass with our own dream abilities haha

I was also thinking of watching the assassination of JFK and find out what my mind thinks of who killed him!

Id say go for a drive. Drving is really relaxing with some smooth 80's tunes in the speakers :)

I try to see if I can find the same DC in more than one LD. I've done it before, but it was an animal, and you know how pretty much all of the same species of animals look alike so that one doesn't really count.

and fly of course, I just can't help but do that every time. :roll:

Today in a NLD I was driving with two buddies and my one buddy put on Sublime and my vision turned into a grayish hue with bright green..............I'm bad at DILDs

yeah driving for me is actually a dream sign for me, especially stealing cars - cuz i would never steal a car in RL and i always seem to in dreams haha.

I like my dreams to be exciting and actiony(is that even a word?). Anyways, with that in mind, I think it'd be cool to do something like:

Go into a crowded area, turn all DCs into Smith copies and fight them all off.

Barricade yourself into a shopping mall and fight off giant hordes of zombies.

Be apart of a huge battle in WWII.

Do some crazy secret agent mission, like blowing up a fleet of enemy tanks with a handgun or something.

yeah that sounds ownage man! i love action dreams too. The smith one sounds really good.
as i can see in ur signature it says assassinate hitler. That would be fun!

Illousion: I like your idea. Except I'll be driving at break-neck speeds bumbing something with alot of bass. Haha

i dont know, ive had alot of ideas. of course ive ALWAYS LOVED HARDCORE FIGHTING ACTIONARY STUFF, and everyone wants to have sex fantasies, but ive also always wanted to go out into space.... just float around all mellow like. maybe land in the big red spot on jupiter and start kicking ass in a cloud of tornadoes.... maybe land on uranus hahahahah, just messin. but it would be cool. in all my ld's theyve all been fighting dreams. i dont know why. i just get into fighting scenes

I haven't done this in my LD ye but i would like to just use telekinesis on stuff and be a SuperVillan

Oh yes a supervillain would be fun. I would love to go around killing all the innocent bystanders and hear everyone screaming.

Something I like to call Gravity Skating. It's basically like riding on a snowboard that floats on the ground, accelerates with mind control and when you jump there is limited gravity so you can jump amazingly high and slowly and when you land there is no shock. You can jump between scy crapers and even down them

I'd probably try to meet all my favorite anime characters. I would kill monsters, but not DCs(even if they aren't real people...). I'd do something to scare some DCs(that'll be funny), but nothing to hurt or kill any of them. I plan on jumping off of a waterfall, but I have to get over my fear of heights first...

I've seen over 5 of these threads in the last day.

going underwater is always cool because you can breathe, and going into skyscraper's or any kind of building and opening random doors it's interesting to see what show's up everytime you open a new door

I had the exact same phenomena a long time ago in a non lucid dream. I was sliding on a snowboard in town. I would jump and keep skidding along. You should write more about this phenomena because it sounds interesting enough to learn this mind tool.

Have a massive ninja fight.
Fend off wildlings from the Wall (ASOIAF)
Be in a huge medieval-era war.

Yeah, I like action. That's all I can think of right now.

A Mega-list of 430 things to do

I'm into more personal discovery stuff, don't get me wrong, I've only had maybe two lucid dreams where I didn't fly, but recently I've just been talking with my DCs, trying to find my dream guide. I love when I meet that one DC that makes me almost loose lucidity from how realistic they are.

I also enjoy web slinging, driving really fast, but I also like walking on sidewalks, and looking at stores, and how bizarre they can be.


Dancings fun also.

Vegan, that was great to hear from you!! Glad to enjoy your lucid dream telling experience. :)

Go to a large field in your dream and find a tree. Proceed to climb up the tree to a large branch and sit there for the whole dream. Maybe you could invite some people up the branch with you or something. And just talk to people and try to figure things out.

I landscape, I like designing dream scenery.

BillyBob already made a gigantic lists of "things to do" in a Lucid Dream, which anyone who replied was able to add to.

I've made myself a little list of things I'd like to do, though I haven't even managed to have a lucid dream yet...

A few random selections from the list:

1. Hatch and Impress a Pernese dragon, and then ride during a Threadfall.
2. Have a lightsaber fight against Darth Vader, Count Dooku, and Darth Maul all at the same time.
3. Play the role of Solid Snake during the Shadow Moses Incident.
4. Summon a Keyblade and fight the Battle of a Thousand Heartless.
5. Well... you know...

ok all you people who have bad imaginations while lucid. here's something that you can do every time. get to a computer by any means, conjur one, walk to one, fly to one, i dont care just get to one with internet access. Go onto dreamviews forums and see what's on there. I'm sure you'll find one of these threads that will give you an idea of something to do

That's a great idea, I can imagine the things that our minds will put into the Dreamviews forum, while in a dream, could be pretty cool!

i gotta new one. i watched 30 days of night recently, and those vampires pissed me off. i decided im going to save them all, and kick the vampires asses...... they think there soo cool

I want to have a huge epic battle with my english teacher. I think that would be really fun. Of course every LD I have I just end up flying.
