Crystal + dream = ?

I know most of you know about the theory that crystals can enhance dreams. I happen to have a crystal collection (26 different kinds) and was wondering which ones help dreams. I know about amethyst and quarts, but what others are good for it? And are there crystals that can be harmful to dreams?

I think that this goes in "Beyond Dreaming", sorry, I don't know anything about this.

no offense man but crystals!? i really dont mean any disrespect here but what in gods name makes you think that would work? you'll have just enough luck with a rock. of course if your going to use it like a motivator as in if i have this object ill have a lucid dream, thinking that your going to have a lucid dream helps having a LD (or at least i've been told)

Lol, I'm not saying it's magical or notin' but they've been known to help. Not neccessarily with attaining lucidity but to make dreams more vivid, calming, bizzare, stuff like that. It has something to do with the electromagnetic waves they give off or something like that...

I think moonstone helps as well. I use to have a moonstone tounge ring until I swollowed it :( it seemed to help me a little with recall and vividness but I also had it mixed with amethyst. I also believe in the engery of the stones so maybe it worked as a false ieda for me as some would say :)

so you think all your Crystal's are giving off energy? look whatever makes you think your going to have a LD but i believe this is quite true "There is no scientific evidence that crystals are conduits of magical energies useful for healing and protection, or for telling the future." crystal's may produce some sort of charge but nothing to do with spiritual "gains" which is what you are saying.

Hey look, it's not "spiritual", it's science. Just like waves from loadstone affects magnets, waves from crystal affects our brains. Depending on the crystals composition, in other words different types of crystal, they affect us differently. And I don't believe in telling the future either.

could be the placebo effect..
