k,im kinda feel myself going into this state,but sometimes cant stop it becuase i wait to long to respond.it feels like sleep paralysis but with a twist,becuase i dont struggle in sleep paralysis and go to sleep,things start happening.all of a sudden i get this extreme rushing sensation and i cant stop it.sometimes it brings me into a dream i guess,but i cant control it becuase a cant stay on the ground long enough to enjoy it.
it gets on my nerves and i want it to stop.please help me.
THIS IS GOOD. If you stay concious during this, it will bring you into a full blown lucid dream. Don't try to stop it. Realize it's a dream, take advantage of it. It's probably sleep paralysis -.-
oh,and when i wake up after going through this,i have a extreme lack of breath.
When does this happen? When you are falling asleep? When you are falling asleep after waking up in the middle of the night? When you wake up in the morning? etc.
Sounds like a WILD minus the shortness of breath.
well,i usely dont go to bed till around 7:00 am,so thats when it happens.Quote:

awesome, most people don't believe its possible to WILD when just going to sleep, but they are very wrong, its just harder for 95% of people, the other 5% find it easier. I'm sorta in the middle, i find both ways.

but i dont try to do what you need to do for a wild.
i just try to go to sleep.
