just wanted to know if sometimes you wake up and you feel you have no arm is it like deception I try like three times to grab the door handle but miss it its like I don't have perception or muscle control I sometimes can't even see my arm. This only happens a few times to me rarely.
Are you sure you're not having a false awakening? Missing limbs would be a huge sign of that.
If it happens shortly after you wake up it might be that sleep paralysis hasn't totally diminished yet. So you are aware that you have an arm, but can't control/don't have total control of it yet.
It might have been a false awakening, but I highly doubt it because if it was a false awakening, you would have known.
