      Help with WILD

      Ok, so last night I tried to WILD, but it didn't go as expected. After about 30 minutes, I felt really bad itches. Soon, my breathing got really fast and restricted, and I could barely breathe. I tried to endure it, but after two minutes I just gave up. What should I have done?

      Yes, it was during a WBTB. I think that once my breathing started to speed up, I panicked and couldn't breathe. I'll have to try again tonight
