That's some good info to keep in mind.
Vitamins, as with pretty much anything else, should be taken in moderation.
ya that is kinda creepy. but with out enough b12 your hair start to fall out and thats a mild sypmton. Just be aware of how much you are taking. find out the limit of B12 in one day and rememer with the vitamins that you buy your body doesn't absorbe it all. if the limit was 50mgs a day your probably only absorbing 25 mg... I'm not saying take two... i'm saying take 1 because you absorbe it from the food you eat aswell, as we know, so if you had 45mg that day in your food intake then you are over the limit but probably not enough to cause damage.
also remember in juices if it say like 100% of vitamin c for example your body is only absorbining 0-5% of the content the rest is counted as waste.
i would still take the vitamins if you feels it is nessary for you recall and LD's but be aware of you intake.
Thanks for bringing that up. I myself never took any supplements, and I'm not against them either: i just think they may do unnecessary bad to you.
What thisismy~ said is true, though I don't really trust the percentages she mentioned. Your body might not absorb it all, but it absorbs a great deal of it. No wonder many medications are taken in small portions and work effectively anyhow.
B12 is generally good for you other than Lucid Dreaming, but don't take it like a one-pill-one-lucid thing - it may become addictive.
I'll keep that in my mind if I ever decide to use B-12
