Lately, it seems that often when I have a lucid dream I become convinced that I'm acting out the dream in reality in my sleep. |

Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience.
It isn't more complicated that that.
It is opening to or recieving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is,
without either clinging to it or rejecting it.
Sylvia Boorstein
I've thought something similar- that I'm sleep-talking whenever I say something in a lucid dream (which, for all I know, may be a reality). It prohibits me from doing/saying anything, uh, risque', which really sucks because that's much of the fun of a lucid dream. |

I once DID sleep talk in a lucid dream. My brother heard me. Luckily it came out all funny so he couldn't really understand what I was saying. |

I'm pretty sure you can't sleepwalk while dreaming because dreams occur in REM sleep. And I'm pretty sure you don't sleepwalk in REM sleep. |

I probably should do a reality check on "waking" from the lucid part. I have a feeling I will remember next time. |
